We were really excited about being asked to do the entertainment for this event and it turned out to be such a great night with a fantastic atmosphere. Fiona and I really enjoyed being with the great members of the club and we hope that we will invited to do other events for them in the future.

Well, it’s only a couple of days away from the launch of the new Club nights at Los Arcos. We have heard that there is a good deal of interest and the signs are that there will be a number of people there including Barry Wright the Music editor of The Costa Blanca News.
During the evening, we want to identify with people and establish what they would like to see happen at the events in terms of start times, other activities to run alongside music (such as live music quiz) etc. We hope that you will come along, join the fun, have a dance or two and listen to some great songs of the jukebox era. Please grab some friends and bring them along as well. 8-30 to 8-45pm would be the best time to arrive so that we can get settled before we start the event at 9-00pm. Remember, it’s only 3 euros on the door and membership of the club is free. We be having club membership cards with benefits and on the first night will need to take basic details to have these completed for you. This includes, name, address, landline No (if possible) and email address to contact.
We have a number of other social ideas that we can put to the club and hope that you will like what we are trying to do.

Hi everyone. Its been one very strange month with much happening and everything different to normal! We started with a really good night at The Arches in Los Alcazares and another one at The Sizzling Punjab. Then came Valentines weekend and we did two nights at Casa Nicolas. The first, on Saturday 13th was really buzzing with over eighty people in. Two large parties booked because we were there along with a table of four. We really appreciated that so much and are really glad that you all enjoyed the night. On Sunday 14th we had a smaller number of people because so many tables were made up of two’s and fours (think it’s called being romantic)! Well, it was a great night again and a number of people there said they booked as soon as they knew we were playing on the night. Thank you everyone and especially Nicolas and his great staff.
We also hada great night at La Padrera in Bigastro. As it was the first event of the year there, everyone thought that there might be 25 to 30 in but, there were in fact over 60 people there and even more later when a large group of Spanish locals came by. It was a really good night and we have been invited back twice in April (once with Ricky Valance on 2nd).
On 22nd we left for the first UK tour of 2010. Straight off the plane to a snow covered ground (just like when we left in December) and to work the very next day. We completed twenty two lots of music in eight working days – Exhausted is the word that springs to mind! Well, we returned on 5th March and so its straight into the new month and what a month it will be as we break new ground with our activities.
